Driver’s License

With a valid driver’s license from another state, you will only be required to take a vision test. Provide proof of age, ID, residence, and out-of-state license.

New residents must obtain Maryland title and registration within 30 days of moving to Maryland. Provide proof of ownership and current registration.

Vehicle Certification
